@kathleenmarie91 Unfortunately there was a fiber break outside of our network that is impacting a whole bunch of buildings on the eastside. The provider has a crew there working to repair it, no exact eta but hoping it happens quickly! Thanks for your patience

@Dilz12341 The provider that got knocked out identified a fiber break upstream from us. They’re working on it now, should be fixed soon.

@megc I’m really sorry Meg, we’re still waiting on the fix to come through on the back end. As of 20 minutes ago they have techs onsite working on replacing equipment. Hoping within the hour we’ll get restored.

@megc Unfortunately the issue is with another provider’s fiber so it’s impacting a bunch of people outside our network as well. We’re working with them but haven’t been given an exact timeline yet. I’ll keep you updated!
