@fibro_fighters Cannot EVER ‘get by’ with: 7 hours’ sleep! NEED 9-10, and> if stressed, GOTTA SLEEP 12 hours- so; if you can’t, then take Flexeril at 8 P. M., or get a Sleep Study done to rule out that you may have Sleep Apnea!

Not every disability is visible...! We suffer because with #fibromyalgia we look normal while we are dying inside! 😔
