@Elex_Michaelson And it wouldn’t have changed anything. Age and mental capacity had nothing To do with it. Look who won.

@RossKneeDeep I’m done. I can’t care anymore. The majority wanted what’s coming. If I could leave I would.

I don't think disappointment is a bigger enough word to describe how I feel. I'd like to say that Kamala Harris put on a very good campaign. It was hard fought and classy. I am at a loss as to what redeemable qualities anyone sees in Trump.
Essentially, America has shown us all what kind of country it wants to be. We are polarized split nation that just elected a person who ran a campaign on hate and vitriol. America elected a person who doesn't care to be a president for all of the people.
We are going to be governed by a man who can now pardon himself for any crimes he's committed. As well as any crimes he may commit in the future. He also will ad more Supreme Court Justices.
Now, the real question becomes will he carry out his many campaign threats like mass deportation, social security cuts, ending the Department of Education or going after the people who chose to go against his will.
I'm feel that America has made a very bad choice. At 64 years old, I never saw our country headed in this direction. What are you currently feeling?
English

@BarbMcQuade Too many Americans chose lies and hate, and won’t listen to what they hear or see what their eyes show them. When truth is subjective it’s hard to fight. And I’m tired and scared and angry. I don’t want to fight. I want to leave and watch it burn.
English

To our children and grandchildren, I’m so sorry we couldn’t turn back the hate at this moment. But we can’t give up on the idea of America. In this country, we accept the results of elections, we move on and we work.
Choose light over darkness, hope over fear, love over hate, unity over division. 🇺🇸

Democracy is clarity. As a student of human behavior, I believe it reflects the will of the people. The race is not over but the blame game has begun. I will not let the pundits scapegoat Black voters. I will not let you scapegoat Arab American voters. Not even the shift of Latino voters. Donald Trump was supported by White men, White women, non college educated and college educated. Suburban White women and rural White women by a majority. It’s clear that my neighbors, coworkers, and friends have no problem with a convicted felon, convicted rapist, racist, and misogynist leading their government. They share his values. People show you who they are.

@ElieNYC Leopards and faces. Just like white wonen seem to think they’ll still have rights.

@ProgressiveGuy_ This country is a cesspool and deserves what it’s about to get.
English

@ArtCandee I fucking love your energy. I agree! She’ll take the states she needs. 💙
English

@TManitowoc @iamcardib Exactly!!! I’m bummed we didn’t get NC and TX etc too. But we never needed those if we get MI, PA, GA etc. And the votes remaining look to be blue votes. Let’s not give them ammo to say “we were winning until they started cheating.” I refuse to believe he can win this.
English

@iamcardib Stay vigilant.
Trump is running out of states he was expected to win, and Kamala still has CA/OR/WA she will get (75 votes)…and all the swing states have a very large amount of big city (urban) votes to be counted.
She got this!
