@JeffSendsIt @fieldsofprofit I can’t see planning for everything before starting working out. I’ve written a bunch of complex business plans and either started or helped start 10+ businesses. No plan was remotely close to the numbers achieved, structure of the company, or methods used by month 6-8.

One Amazon seller spent days building out complex AI systems for managing their business & setting up all their bookkeeping The other seller watched a YouTube video and simply started buying stuff It's pretty obvious which is going to win the race to actually making money

Taking quick action and adapting on the fly always wins imo This was spawned from a convo with a new seller who was worrying about things that are months down the line and they hadn't made a sale yet. A lot of beginners get wrapped up in the idea of building systems similar to veteran sellers when they should just focus on the only revenue-generating activity at the start (buying stuff)

@hey_mindi Yeah essentially, books was a good play when I had very little money to spend but willing to do a lotta work to find higher ROI stuff Graduated to flipping name brand stuff once this built up some decent capital, lot more scalable
