If you can’t do that, you weren’t trained properly.

The Haredi men who refuse to serve are enough for several full IDF combat divisions. One can’t keep reservists forever to the front. This is why Israel’s founders and early state leaders preferred short decisive wars, calling everyone up, winning, and sending most people home.
