@FeministRoar Thanks for this response. (-: It’s interesting to me, I’ve had many normal conversations with people who are vehemently anti-‘terf’ elsewhere who have still managed to engage in good faith. I have no idea why they’d spend hours responding to me if they were never interested.

Saying no one is attracted to a sex, they're attracted to people includes heterosexual people actually, as well as bi people obvs. It's pretty homophobic to think lesbians are attracted to everyone with a vulva actually.

It is simply false that I will defend anything at all on the basis of tribes (least of all for crumbs from the top table whatever the fuck that means) but as we have already established you don’t have a very good grip on reality.

Yes, literally no one has ever been so distressed by societal homophobia they haven't taken extreme steps to try to change their sexuality, or simply hidden it. /Extreme sarcasm.

@GyllKing @ChantAngle64 @janeclarejones With same-sex attraction, the only phenomenon that exists is same-sex attraction. There’s no extra steps. With distress at your sexed body, the phenomenon we are seeing is the distress. It’s an extra step to say it’s proof of being born in the wrong body.

@speakoutsister Good for you. I chose to place emphasis on the phenomenon of same-sex attraction rather than other language because I was including multiple groups and also because what I was emphasising was the phenomenon itself. In academia this is rather typical;
