Since Matt had moved to Portland to care for the Darden boys distance had not been his and Sylvie's friend. In fact it had even caused them to end things because it was too hard on her not to be with him and to keep in touch when they both worked. --

so after his shift ended one day and he heard a familiar voice behind him say his name at first thought he was imagining things and it took him a moment to turn around and when he did and saw Sylvie standing there he was stunned.
"Sylvie? What are you doing here?"
