joking aside, I've never eaten so much cake in my life. All my overtime is logged+paid+approved. The work life balance is definitely better in sectors that aren't healthcare. And employees just generally hold their employers to higher standards here BC of unions

I was wondering the other day why I couldn’t just like a hobby like crochet. I just tried a hundred times to make a magic circle and I feel violent. It made me want to smash the laptop I was watching the tutorial on 😬😂 Anyone want a crochet set 🤷🏼‍♀️
