Currently kerjain ecommerce untuk 2 client berbarengan dengan goal yang sama, yaitu move ke web sendiri Alasan utamanya, fee marketplace terlalu besar 😬 hingga 12% Bayangin seller yang omzet per hari 100 juta, fee 12 jt per day, 360 jt per month Bikin web sendiri berapa juta?

Perhaps ADHD reflects an evolutionary mismatch, not just a disorder. ADHD traits like high energy, impulsivity, and distractible attention are a disadvantage in modern classrooms. But for 95% of human history, those traits may have helped people survive.

I spent time in Shenzhen last year and when I saw Merz come back from China saying Germans need to work more I immediately knew what broke his brain because I lived the exact same cognitive shock my first week in Huaqiangbei I burned through 4 prototype iterations of a motor controller board for less than a thousand bucks total, back home a friend was working on something similar and spent over 12 thousand for a single revision that took almost two months to arrive when you live that contrast in your own hands with your own project something permanently shifts in how you see the world and it goes way deeper than speed & cost what Shenzhen actually built is a collective learning organism, imagine 20 PCB fabs 15 injection mold shops 30 component distributors and a hundred firmware freelancers all within a 2km radius, looks insanely redundant from the outside until you realize redundancy is actually information density in disguise I watched this firsthand with an injection mold supplier I was working with, this guy had seen a hundred founders iterate similar thermal designs over 6 months so he proactively modified his tooling before I even opened my mouth, he knew what I needed before I knew what I needed, the intelligence lives in the relationships between the nodes and it compounds daily the west thinks about manufacturing as a cost center you optimize by centralizing… China accidentally built a distributed neural network of manufacturing intelligence where knowledge diffuses horizontally across thousands of agents faster than any single western company can process internally so when Merz comes back and says we need to work a bit more I think he saw the problem but COMPLETELY misdiagnosed the solution, telling Germans to work harder is like telling a horse to gallop faster when the other side built a combustion engine the gap is ARCHITECTURAL it’s ecosystem density, you need a custom connector in Shenzhen you walk 200 meters, in Munich you send an email and wait 3 weeks it’s iteration speed, parallel search vs sequential optimization at the system level, it’s risk tolerance, Chinese founders ship something broken on Monday fix it Tuesday ship again Wednesday while European companies are still in the approval phase for the pilot program of the feasibility study… and Merz only saw the surface, what he missed is the tier 2 cities like Hefei Chengdu Wuhan replicating the Shenzhen model at scale right now BYD going from irrelevant to outselling every european automaker combined in roughly 5 years, Huawei building its own 7nm chip under maximum sanctions when every analyst said it was physically impossible & behind all of that a government that treats advanced manufacturing as an existential national priority while europe debates whether AI needs another ethics committee I think what we’re watching is the most asymmetric economic competition in modern history and most western leaders are still framing it as a productivity problem when it’s actually an ontological one Europe & America are optimizing variables that China stopped tracking years ago meanwhile China is compounding on dimensions the west has no framework to even measure Merz at least had the courage to name it out loud and I respect that genuinely but working a bit more inside a broken architecture just means you arrive at the wrong destination slightly faster
Megatron@Megatron_ron

NEW: 🇩🇪🇨🇳 German Chancellor Merz says Germans need to work more in order to match China: “We are simply no longer productive enough. Each individual may say, “I already do quite a lot.” And that may be true. But when you return from China, ladies and gentlemen, you see things more clearly. With work-life balance and a four-day week, long-term prosperity in our country cannot be maintained. We will simply have to do a bit more.”

An Iranian man left this comment on my YouTube channel. This is without a doubt the single best explanation of the reality facing Iranian people today👇 "As an Iranian, I can tell you the situation is no longer just political—it's existential. We are trapped between two collapsing structures: one internal, one external. On one hand, we face a deeply dysfunctional government, led by the Supreme Leader and the Islamic Republic’s unelected institutions. Decades of economic mismanagement, suppression of dissent, and brutal ideological control have alienated multiple generations. No one believes in reform anymore—because every attempt has either been co-opted or crushed. But here's the paradox: We are also terrified of regime collapse—because we've watched the aftermath of Western intervention in countries like Iraq, Libya, Syria, and Afghanistan. Each was promised freedom; each descended into chaos, civil war, or foreign occupation. So no, we don't trust the U.S. or Israel. Not because we support our regime—but because we know how imperial powers treat ‘liberated’ nations in the Middle East. Freedom, in their language, often means vacuum, fire, and permanent instability. Right now, many Iranians live with three truths at once: The Islamic Republic is morally and politically bankrupt. The alternatives offered by foreign actors are not liberation—they’re collapse. A bad government is survivable. No government is not. We are not silent because we agree. We are cautious because we’ve learned—too well—what happens when superpowers decide to "help." In a sentence: Iran is a nation held hostage by its own regime, but haunted by the fate of its neighbors. We are stuck in a house we hate, surrounded by fires we fear more."

Make no mistake. The US/Israel war against Iran is a colonial war. Like the genocide in Palestine, the invasion of Iraq and Libya, the incineration of Vietnam and Laos, it is war to subjugate the people of the global South and annihilate their resistance. Colonialism has no place in humanity and it must be defeated.

Bombing Iran in the middle of negotiations, while starving Cuba, while genociding Palestinians, while threatening to invade Greenland… the US and Israel are the single greatest threat to humanity and it’s not even close. We are all forced to live in the nightmare they create.

Samsung just handed a $20B startup the keys to 1 billion phones, and everyone’s treating this as a product announcement. The business development math here tells a different story. Google pays Samsung roughly $2 billion per year to keep Search, Play Store, and Assistant as defaults on Galaxy devices. That $8 billion over four years was revealed during the Epic Games antitrust trial. Samsung took that money, kept Gemini as one of three assistants, then gave Perplexity system-level OS access that Google has had exclusive rights to for over a decade. Perplexity’s entire annual revenue is around $200 million. Samsung’s Google deal pays 10x that per year. Which means Samsung didn’t take this deal for the money. They took it for leverage. The DOJ already ruled that Google’s default placement deals are anti-competitive. Samsung just created the legal and technical architecture to prove that third-party AI can operate at the OS level alongside Google. Every future antitrust negotiation now has a working precedent on 100M+ devices. And Perplexity didn’t just get pre-installed like a bloatware app. Their Sonar API powers Bixby’s search. Samsung’s own assistant now runs on Perplexity’s infrastructure. That’s not a partnership. That’s a dependency Samsung is deliberately building as a counterweight to Google. TM Roh, Samsung’s MX division president, already told reporters there’s “possibility for another partner to join the ecosystem.” Samsung is turning the AI assistant slot into a platform marketplace. Gemini, Perplexity, and a third player yet to be named. OpenAI and Anthropic are both on that shortlist. The strategic frame everyone should be watching: Samsung is doing to AI assistants what they did to app stores. Create enough optionality that no single provider has monopoly power, then extract better terms from all of them simultaneously. Perplexity gets distribution across 1 billion Samsung devices. But Samsung gets something more valuable: the ability to tell Google that their $2 billion per year is now competing against startups willing to power Bixby for free just to reach those users. Aravind played this perfectly. But Samsung is the one running the table.
Aravind Srinivas@AravSrinivas

Perplexity is now integrated into all Samsung Galaxy S26 phones. Every S26 device will have Perplexity pre-loaded with the wake word "Hey Plex". The devices come with three assistants: Perplexity, Bixby, Gemini. Bixby will also be powered by Perplexity's search-grounded LLMs.

This story is actually insane: • dude drops $2000 on a DJI robot vacuum like a lunatic • refuses to use the normal app like a peasant • Sammy Azdoufal fires up Claude to crack the API so he can drive it with an xbox controller • Claude delivers the goods • pulls an auth token from their servers, connects successfully • except the system thinks he controls 7000 vacuums • checks again • yep, seven thousand • DJI built authentication with zero device ownership verification • any valid token works for any unit on the planet • Sammy now has eyes inside homes across 24 countries • live vacuum camera feeds everywhere • full floor plans from the mapping data • some guy in germany eating cereal at 3am, unaware his roomba is snitching • one API call away from being the most informed burglar in history • all he wanted was to steer his vacuum with a joystick • does the right thing and reports it • DJI fixes it in two days • back to normal life with his stupidly expensive floor cleaner • IoT companies stay undefeated at shipping garbage security
