I mean ball boys have always slowed down the game for opponents which is fair enough and part of the game but if you refuse to give your opponent the ball AT ALL then what are we doing? There needs to be consequences. Ball boys are usually youth players, ban them for a few games.

The Football Association (The FA) handed Mykhaylo Mudryk, a Chelsea player, a four year ban due to a doping violation. Mudryk appealed this decision to Court of Arbitration for Sport, and the appeal process is ongoing.
