Filament's Select is great, but only for a small number of options. When a user needs to find 1 category among many, a text-search dropdown might not be enough. They may want columns, filters, and context to help them decide. The ModalTableSelect component opens a full table inside a modal. And the best part: you don't have to design anything new. You point it to an existing table class with the columns and filters, and the component handles the rest 💅 It's super useful because it reuses your table, supports native multi-select, sorting, and filters like status, parent category, or whatever else you define 🔥 Have you ever needed a selector like this in a form? @SchizoDuckie That would definitely be a way to minimise risk, but at this point in our maturity I think it is probably too late to make such large breaking changes that would make customising harder. Luckily it is quite easy to disable Filament’s built-in login page and use a starter kit’s.

@filamentphp Thx. I am glad I made the architectural choice to put everything that needs Livewire AFTER the auth is validated. Perhaps you should consider the same for a default. It's just not worth it.

@SchizoDuckie Hi, there are no RCE vulnerabilities. You can find basic information about each vulnerability on our GitHub Security page, but we are withholding specific reproduction instructions at least until the majority of installations are not vulnerable. github.com/filamentphp/fi…
