I am deeply saddened by the actions to deny Counties Money! For the first time in the History of Kenya. The Senate agreed with the National Assembly to deny County Governments Money! To be honest I do not see the relevance of the senate anymore if the committee can agree with the CRA but KK whips it’s members to go against … we are cooked! Division of Revenue was our only hope!
