i used to be envious about this, but now I'm more jealous with the privileged US cinephiles who were able to see experimental/avant-garde films in its intended format and patronized cinephile from the third world coz we weren't watching it properly or "legally"

@filmdiery But the idea that bad local films block better ones from being screened is still debatable imo. Even if Hail Mary got screened, there’s no guarantee of being well, right? If it flops, cinebros would probably end up blaming local films again... ijbol
