We came back and saw Captain lying in a pool of blood. We all panicked!! Called his name he was unresponsive!! Panick Pro Max!!! When we got closer, we discovered Captain had drank an entire bucket of Zobo and passed out. 😂

There is something about quiet seasons people don’t talk about enough, no one really noticing what you’re doing but that is where a lot of real growth happens. When you’re building in silence, you are not distracted by comparison , you are not trying to match someone else’s timeline but focused on becoming better than you were yesterday. You sometimes question yourself and even wonder if you doing enough, you feel like you’re behind…. But here’s what I’ve come to understand Consistency isn’t about being perfect , It’s about coming back, and staying even when it feels hard. Consistency can look like . Showing up after a long break . Posting even when it feels awkward . Taking things slow instead of rushing . Learning and adjusting as you go That still counts some people can show up every day. Some people can’t and that doesn’t make your journey less valid. We’re all dealing with different realities behind the screen. Keep going it will make sense soon ,you are closer than you think. Stay consistent.
