@FinanceBetter is the worst bank of all time to finance a car through. What do you mean I have to continue paying my car payment after the car is being totaled. Insurance sent proof of car totaled and is going to be issuing a check and gap insurance is still waiting for you to submit your part. So not only are you charging me 3-4 months more of car payments you are dragging your feet intentionally to drag it out more. Then you have the audacity to say we will get those payments back once everything clears , we should see a check for that money back in 12-18 months. This is the greed they talk about in the bible lol.
