@financemind_ @MCA21India There's no option to revise or refill aoc4 and mgt7 forms unless filed forms are cancelled by roc. Which cannot happen unless you physically visit your concerned roc with all documents.

MCA flagged discrepancies in AOC-4 & MGT-7A (filed on time last year) . Anyone else faced this? Do we need to refile with full late fees or is revision possible without penalty? @MCA21India
