I have just left the wonderful @AcornsHospice after 6 years. Thanks to everyone who has supported our children’s hospice care service, our incredible Acorns team and our Young Ambassadors, some of whom kindly came to see me off. Huge privilege to work for such a special charity💕

Writing this with tears in my eyes, as it’s been triggering for my family as we lost my nephew the same way 13 yrs ago. If only they were allowed hospice care, it would’ve helped so much. Thinking of his family especially his parents 🥺😢💔 #ArchieBattersbee

I don’t want to make this personal but my golly I’ve questioned all & myself. We as a family were so grateful to have @AcornsHospice by our side every step of the way. Matthew passed away peacefully in hospital & was transferred to the hospice to rest in their special bedroom♥️
