I had a reply from one of Phoebe's owners some months ago. Sadly still not home. I've been over at @MissingPetsGB most of the time but still look in here. #NeverGiveUp and thank you for not giving up.

This little girl's brother is still waiting for her return so if you know somebody with a #White #Chihuahua, it may be worth some gentle probing as to how they came by her..... They may be unaware she was stolen! Please do your best to @find_phoebe
