“Therapy Session” by NF (& Shill Your Art Post - read what I wrote first)
This song hits the spot for me today.
Mental health is something that should be openly talked about, not stigmatised.
A therapy session can take many forms: journalling, creating art, making music…
Whatever healthy outlet someone chooses should never be criticised or judged.
It’s all part of the global conversation - every piece of writing, every piece of art, every song is a part of this universal therapy session of which we’re a part.
So please, I implore you artists (any form and any chain) to drop your works of art and tell me how they’ve helped you through your own journeys - your own therapy sessions.
I will look at this post over the next few days and collect pieces which resonate with me, pieces with stories, and pieces that feel a part of our connection and desire to break the stigma surrounding mental illness.
We may be separated by geography, but never by heart or soul.
