The salary will be UCL Grade 8 (£47k+) for a fixed term of two years in the first instance.
The position would suit either a software engineer with an interest in neuroscience or a neuroscientist/anatomist with strong Python skills.

Thanks to @cziscience, we will soon have a research software engineer (RSE) position at @SWC_Neuro to work on @brain_globe and develop @napari_imaging plugins.
The post will be based in my RSE team at SWC, and collaborate with @ucl_arc.

By the way, the Allen Brain Atlas (a rodent brain atlas) is missing about half of the cerebellum. Quelle scandal!!! So we had make our own Princeton Mouse Brain Atlas. Also, we figured out how to make an accurate map easily across imaging modalities. read the methods!
