Every YouTube creator I know wants to post daily and hates editing. 6 months ago I built 6 AI agents to remove the parts of YouTube I hated. Daily Shorts, AI news anchor videos, channel automation. I sleep, my channel ships.
The math doesn't work for solo creators. 1 video a week takes 8-15 hours. Daily uploads need a team or you burn out by month 6. I tried hiring editors, AI tools, templates. Nothing scaled. The bottleneck was always me.
