@ArsenalBallots I was after that ticket as well and doing exactly the same thing as you mate, but the option to add it to the basket never showed up. Any idea why? It used to appear before when I tried.

The tweet I’m quoting is the list method.
In this tweet I’m going to show you the MAP method.
Step 1. Load up a game, I’ve loaded Burnley for this example.
Step 2. Refresh the page every now and again until you see the map show a section blue.
Step 3. Zoom in, see if the dot has loaded in (if not refresh till it does, but try not to refresh a lot)
Step 4. When the dot loads, click on and off till it shows prices
Here’s a video example of me missing a Burnley one.

For any game, you do this: Toggle, try click the ticket if it comes up Repeat once more Only do this twice, in the video I purposely repeat 3 times and you can see it spins fast which means it won’t work. Wait 30 seconds, toggle twice, for Cat C/B it’s easier For big cat As you need luck

Please have enough money in your account, every single ballot I get about 10-15 people telling me they won but didn’t have the funds. If this happens you to, 95% of the time you be able to get tickets
I’ve only ever seen it 2-3 times before where the person quickly adds the funds and their bank tries again

@Clartinelli @Jcomps123 @ArsenalBallots Yes, I keep trying until I get it, or until it disappeares from the map. Been successful this way several times, mostly it took some minutes of trying despite the "unavailable" message.

Sadly there’s nothing you can do, I know it’s very frustrating
But here’s some advice for the future:
Your time on the ticketing website is usually 30min (sometimes less)
My advice is to open a new tab 10min into session on a different browser so that has its own 30min timer
So if you basket a ticket and this happens again, you can go onto the other window and it’ll be there
