@Finnair I booked one ticket London to Phuket in premium economy. For the first leg London to Helsinki you allocated my family seats in economy, despite the A350 clearly having premium economy seats with more legroom. This is unacceptable! How do I log a complaint?

Hey @Finnair can you explain these “extra fees” ? How a flight jumped $1000 and the explanation is this vague “extra fee”
