@LuckFeftis Hi, turnaround time has been a challenge, but: 251 support emails over the past 7 days, 79 didn't get an answer, which typically happens when we respond with a transactional email instead. In that same window, we sent out 293 "your tests are in" emails.

@LvrVgk No it's not, at the moment. Not listing those isn't intended to make us more money (our Launch with Finnrick program is priced at cost), but about our confidence in samples attribution. The person who commissioned the test can share the URL tho.

@MambaMntlty24 Suspicion or evidence of abuse such as doctoring Finnrick COAs or distributing free COAs in breach of our terms, or tests spread across too many products so there aren't enough to analyze in each product.

@finnrick_tests How can a company have so many unlisted tests and none qualify for them being published?

@RabidPickle Depends on whether you also purchased the "Lab Choice" option. Krause can test endotoxins on the same vial, so the default situation is: just one needed. If you picked "Lab Choice" then BTLabs require 2 separate vials.

@finnrick_tests I sent something in for purity and endotoxin testing. Was I supposed to send two vials? I did not see anything indicating this but may have missed it

The delay was caused by technical difficulties: we realized we'd broken parts of the infra 10 days ago and 14 vendors got mistakenly listed (without associated tests). As a result, while the number of tests published didn't change, the vendor count went down this week.

Weekly update was late, but it's live now: 5,982 tests live, that's an extra 52 vs last week.

@finnrick_tests I don’t see anything by Onyx on your website. They seem to be blowing up. Do you plan to test them or have you already and I’m just missing it?
