Strengthen us to walk the road that leads to life, even when it costs approval, comfort, or applause. Teach us to treat others the way we long to be treated. Let mercy shape our speech. Let patience govern our reactions. Let generosity define our posture toward those around us. Write Your law not merely in our understanding, but in our reflexes. We confess that we often want the promise of life without the discipline of surrender. Forgive us. Reorder our loves. Make obedience less of a burden and more of a joy. We trust You as a good Father.
