Although I do get what OP is saying to an extent. ACNH is a better example for that claim. While customization is great in that game, they nerfed a LOT of the social aspects which is why me and some others weren't as hooked towards it compared to New Leaf and earlier games

It actually works really good for Tomodachi imo, it feels really balanced because it adds to it rather than ditches other aspects. Customization in this genre isn't necessarily a BAD thing.

Kamek's voice work is underrated. Kevin Michael Richardson is the only full-time voice actor in the cast, and he really does nail the sniveling advisor tone. He does a perfect level of goofy and has alot of fun line reads.
