Firki's Teacher Leader Program: Our teachers, alongside Amey Sharangpani, delved into essential assessment principles for data-driven decisions tailored to each student's needs. Through real-time data practice, they honed their skills and shared insights.

This week at FiFTeaP we started off by analysing classroom planning and execution. Our coaching spaces started off and we learnt from our experienced and encouraging coaches. We spent time reflecting on our strengths, areas of improvement and beliefs as educators. ❤️

Last week, we had an amazing turnout for our webinar in partnership with Augmented Understanding! Over 220 school teachers, leaders, and program runners joined us for the session on the transformative power of data in education, facilitated by Prasanna Sundaram.

Last week, our facilitators showcased practical applications of techniques taught in class. Sonali's session emphasized execution cycles and methodologies for an organized and playful classroom. Akash's session highlighted clear instructions and techniques for student engagement.

This week at FiFTeaP was all about exploring the idea of excellence in education from different perspectives! We placed ourselves in the different roles we see in our system and brainstormed for solutions to the common problems we face as educators!

In Week 4 of our FTLP, our educators delved into the art of crafting dynamic lesson plans and cultivating a culture that fosters success. Our Teacher Leaders explored how classroom culture shapes processes and outcomes. From fostering collaboration to enhancing performance !🌻

In Week 5 at FSLP, we cultivated strong school vision and mission statements, understood student behaviour, and extended our learnings to developing social capital in our schools.

We crafted compelling visions for our classrooms, exploring the importance of collaboration with diverse stakeholders. And saw our Teacher Leaders creating SMART goals, embracing diverse teaching and learning dimensions.

this week our focus shifted to exploring student-centred culture and holistic education and our roles as educators in cultivating the same. Participants engaged in a reflective session, connecting with coaches to discuss their insights and takeaways from the program.

Our second week at the Firki's Teacher Leader Program was pure magic, led by exceptional facilitators -Strategies were uncovered to infuse everyday teaching with a broader meaning. -our student leaders led a session where educators explored the art of connecting with students.

This week at FiFTeaP our participants reflected on who they are as educators, what they value and what kind of an impact they want to leave. They also identified what leadership means to them personally, which shall help in honing their skills to become better leaders & educators

We had our first FSLP Workshop! Witnessing this dedicated group converging to enhance our school leadership practices was heartwarming - summarising key concepts to exploring leadership commitments, applying lessons through case studies, and reflecting on our unique practices
