20 years ago, when Arsenal played in the Champions League final, I was just a teenager, but I felt everything. I cried. I felt sick after the loss… I couldn’t even write my WAEC exam the following day. That’s how much it meant. Now, 20 years later, I’m in a better place, Arsenal are back in the Champions League final. Same club, same love… but a different ending awaits. This feels poetic. This feels like destiny. This time, it ends in victory. I love this club ❤️.

Use a reputable but not too big agent, do not use a solicitor recommended by your agent, go to the house at different times without your agent just to see how the community is, watch out to see if there are different races in the area, look out for proximity to schools and shopping centres, bus stops, etc. Ensure it has a parking space so you can rest from street parking. Go for a fully detached or semi detached. Don’t go for apartments or terraces. Do not go into long bidding sessions, it’s not worth it. These are the ones I can remember for now.
