I need clarification on the First Citizens Bank credit card limit decrease, because it cannot be that all cards now have the same limit of $2000 USD per cycle if all cards had varying limits to begin with. That’s not equitable.

@firstcitizens your hold music is just awful. I had to listen to about 30 minutes of it as I got transferred three different times before I got the option for a call back that probably won’t ever happen because it usually doesn’t. I just want someone to talk to me.
