I'm saying public humiliation is a terrible way to get people to change. if you knew anything about psychology you'd know that when people are ostracized and treated like they're beyond redemption, they're often more likely, not less, to keep offending.

She did break a rule. She is under 55. RUle is have to be 55 or older. This is not complicated. This is nuts, it's a 55 and up community. This is an established law allowing seniors to have senior only communities. This is one of them, sell the house, be grateful you have the inheritance and go where you are allowed.
