Dominos has a big board with the name of the customer on it, tracking the order. ANYONE can walk in and claim to be the customer. Someone scooped my online order and left with it. The restaurant cooked another one, no charge - but here's the thing... I could have a friend go in, if I was a scofflaw, then claim a second free order.
