Simply WOW. Professor Francesc Piferrer's talk was incredible. Titled Environmental conditions during early development and their effects on the fish epigenome, it was the perfect conclusion to the scientific program at #FishGametes2024. 🌟🔬

The penultimate session, "Gametogenesis: new insights into oogenesis and spermatogenesis," was impressive! The data presented were really captivating and sparked great discussions. #FishGametes2024 #Gametogenesis

Our active contribution to @FishGametes has been closed by @Sylwia_Judycka, who gave a flashtalk about our study, where we checked how post-thaw storage of cryopreserved #perch sperm affects larval performance. Interestingly, it does;) #ReproDevoFish

The two poster sessions at the congress have been incredibly engaging! These sessions are vital for students to learn from senior colleagues and exchange knowledge among attendees. #FishGametes2024

On the last day of @FishGametes @JoannaNynca presented our work on verification of virginity in pikeperch females. Important insights for aquaculturists and open water bodies managers exploiting wild stocks. #ReproDevoFish

Obtained an excellent opportunity to present our work on a prestigious stage! I confronted the fancy mechanism of “parental dispute” in #EurasianPerch Catch up to know more! Thank you @FishGametes @DanielZarski @Sylwia_Judycka

Another talk from our #ReproDevoFish Team given by @Abhipsa130 brought to light our data on parental dispute over progeny phenotype in perch. These data, from my #SonataBIS project funded by @NCN_PL, has been met with nice discussion afterwards at @FishGametes.

Today, at @FishGametes, Taina presented the first set of data from our @PASIFIC_PAS project! The intriguing story of transgenerational transmission of innate immunity in trout raised nice discussion and new inspiring ideas😊
