@jan_1513 @osman_EX5Hitam I had my cataract operation at HKL and have been coming to the ophthal clinic ever since (2017). Previously 2-3 times/yr & now yearly. This is a common scene at any ophthal clinic. Every time every thing goes smoothly.

This is the ophtahalmologist clinic in HKL. A queue that is approximately 180 or so odd persons. Inside there isn’t even one seat. Horrendous and horrible beyond imagination. My first thought is how the hospital medical personal have to handle such an overwhelming overflow? 1
