Artemis II just hit the "two thirds" mark of the journey to the Moon. During Flight Day 4, the astronauts aboard Orion went over plans to study the Moon during their upcoming lunar flyby and are currently practicing manually controlling the spacecraft.

I put on one of Reform’s news stations as I’d heard about the shooting down of a US jet in Iran and wanted to hear more. I assumed they’d be covering it but of course no, it was still a Reform fan zone! I’ve not done Times Radio on a weekend morning before so over I went. Proper current affairs discussion and one of the presenters is Peter Cardwell?! Is he always on on a Saturday morning?

Can I ask why, if a pensioner has worked all their life, they only have the state pension to rely on? Didn’t decide to save ? Put away for a rainy day ? Sounds like poor planning to me. And yes if your children have flown the nest and you, or you and your spouse are knocking around in a 3 or 4 bedroom house you bought decades ago- SELL it. You’ll have more than enough to live on.

NASA says some of the Apollo landing sites will be visible at the very beginning of the Artemis II lunar flyby on Monday. They’ll say exactly what ones in the daily briefing tomorrow. That means moon landing deniers are going to have real bad day on Monday.
