2 bikes, 4 helmets and NONE are locked properly to bikes, start charging people who abandon helmets!!!

@mobi_bikes Thx for the effort, but Way too big! not even effective if in an accident! Still seeing helmets left in baskets and off bikes at stations as well. Start charging people for abandoning helmets/improper lockup and invest into better ones, new ones could have been adjustable!

@mobi_bikes you still have repeat offenders leaving helmets behind, there are a couple of loose helmets without even bikes around them at Richards and Nelson station. Check your videos and start charging people that purposely leave helmets behind!
