An overdue update- in December I enrolled in culinary school and have since been working as a (pastry) chef in a 2* Michelin restaurant. It’s not a “career” move as such; more of an “insane learning rabbit hole” situation that I’m finding to be deeply rewarding! 👩🏼‍🍳
