@mancunianmedic I’d get the true maintenance things done - the buyers will want to do things to make it to their taste, less so the boring stuff. If it were me, I’d worry what else needed doing, if those things weren’t done. But not the garage door though - don’t they *always* leak ;)

Hospital league tables are nasty, simplistic, retrograde & counterproductive. They will demoralise staff, generate cultures of fear & fail to value all that is unquantifiable in healthcare - kindness, compassion, humanity, discretionary effort. My piece:
