This is a long post. After reading it, tell me if you believe that Trump may be elected as the president of the United States for the third time in 2028, or he may even become the king of the United States.

关于Tiktok的问题，我简单讲几点：
1， 封禁/出售Tiktok的法案在美国参议院大概不会很快通过，可能还要有一段时间，而这个法案也会进行一定的修改，未来的一段时间可以继续关注这个问题，但是目前来看仍然是大概率会通过的。
2， 如果法案通过，Tiktok要么被卖掉，要么退出美国市场。我不知道Tiktok会怎么做，因为可能也不是个完全商业的决定。这个法案会给Tiktok一些时间去处理这个问题。但是如果封禁的话也不会立即封禁，不可能要求美国人卸载之类的，而是从输出端下手，直接在app商店下架，然后这个app就无法进行更新，导致慢性死亡。美国年轻人可不可以用VPN到外国app store下载继续用？可以，但是绝大部分人没那个时间和闲钱去搞这套。如果最终是封禁的话，这个app一定会在美国死亡。所以从商业的角度来讲，应该出售。
3， 周受资和Tiktok是不是有权利去弹窗要求民众打电话给议员？当然有。这是美国宪法保护的基本权利。美国人经常要求选民给议员打电话反应问题，这是一个标准操作。Tiktok作为在美国合法运营的公司，人家有自己的基本言论自由权。什么【试图影响美国政治】之类的指控带有浓浓老中人的味道。说白了就是典型的在中国生活久了不知道自个自由的国家的公民应该有什么样的基本权利。试图影响美国政治怎么了？美国忌讳的是外国政府试图直接影响美国的选举。Tiktok要求人民给议员打电话，这仅仅是外国公司试图保护自己的商业利益，甚至都跟政治没什么关系，更别说影响大选了。他这么做完全合法。别说外国公司这么做合法，就是外国政府在美国政府进行一般性的游说，也是合法的。再说一遍，违法的是外国政府直接干涉美国大选。不是外国人外国政府及其代理人在美国发表点你不喜欢的政治观点人家就违法了——那是你国的那套傻X理论，美国是不可能这么搞的。所谓【影响美国政治】，这就是一句没有具体含义的P话，是典型的整治政敌的口袋罪，跟【寻衅滋事罪】没什么区别，只有中国这样不自由的国家可能有这路说法。希望奶爸之类的人听好了，别动不动指控人家【影响美国政治】，太无知了，缺乏基本现代人常识。要是外国政府不能在美国【影响政治】，那以色列和沙特之类的国家都早就被美国炸平了。
4， 周受资的做法适得其反吗？显然不是。我前面一个帖子说了，这个法案在众议院相应的委员会是50-0通过的，具有两党基础。在这个情况下，必须放手一搏，才有存活的希望。而且再差，还能差过50-0吗？Tiktok有可能躲过一劫吗？不是完全没有可能，而发动群众就是他最大的一张牌，毕竟它有1.7亿美国用户。这是从Tiktok角度来讲正确的战略。周受资和Tiktok大概有上百名精英律师，有专业的公关团队，像奶爸一样连美国国会怎么通过一个法案都不知道的人认为人家不如你懂？人家不如你知道该做什么？快别不知天高地厚了。周受资和Tiktok的问题是坏，他们可一点不蠢，人家比你聪明的多。
5， 美国政府的做法有问题吗？有的。就是没有公布足够的证据证明中国政府确实通过Tiktok有对美国选举进行影响，或者通过这个app迫害美国公民。即使有一些个案，但是远没有形成足够的规模，与指控的严重程度不成比例。美国政府应该公布更多的证据，证明Tiktok如何威胁，并且影响了美国的国家安全，毕竟你封禁人家的理由就是这个，你就需要实在的证据。哪怕是说我们出于保护国家机密的要求不能公布也好。但是绝对不应该仅仅是停留在证明Tiktok理论上可以这么做的层级。这样的话这个指控就可能是出于政治性的，这样就有违宪的嫌疑。
6， 无论如何，美国政府的这次对Tiktok的行动都与中国封禁Google之类完全不同，没有任何可比性。美国的做法从立法，到公开争论都是按照程序做的。基础是美国的法治，而在中国一切是领导的一句话。美国如何处理Tiktok问题本应该成为中国在这些问题上的教科书，但是中国大多数人蠢到连怎么学习我们先进的做法和经验都不知道。愚蠢粉红们没有基本脑子区分两者间的区别我理解，他们的脑容量只能理解一些低级宣传和白痴言论。而这里最令人遗憾的是连很多反贼也弄不清楚美国应该保护Tiktok什么样的权利，弄不清美国社会以及西方世界应该坚持什么样的底线。
很多人（比较有代表性的比如公子沈和悉尼奶爸和一众轮子等等）喜欢说【自由世界不应该包容反对自由的言论】，这话乍一看很豪横，很革命，很有道理的样子，但其实是一句P话。自由世界之所以是自由世界，就是因为我们包容不同声音，哪怕这个声音是对自由的“嘲讽”和“反对”。因为自由就代表着没有什么观点是不可以讨论的，而一个政府更不应该有资格规定什么是【反自由的言论】，这应该是一个政府不应跨越的一条高压红线。毕竟我看公子沈、悉尼奶爸和轮子们这些白痴言论还挺【反自由】的呢，但我也没觉得应该剥夺你们表达这些愚蠢的观点的权利不是？而一旦【反自由】成了这帮货迫害不同言论的幌子，他们顶多是把西方世界再次搞成他们的母国而已。
