@Suzierizzo1 Iceland for me. Still has a civilized society, small scale, endlessly beautiful, and certainly not for everyone.

@saniyafatma1278 Only a bit facetiously jail the person, and advertise that they are available for adoption. If they are not picked by the time their sentence is complete they are taken to a sterile room and prepared to be “euthanized”. Actually just a sedative.

Here’s the part no one is saying: The next president won’t get a real first term. They’ll inherit a repair job. Rebuilding alliances. Restoring credibility. Undoing damage. An entire presidency spent fixing what Trump broke.

@ewarren For to the burden these place on current power grids and generation, new AI data center above some small power use threshold should be retired to provide white own power from renewable new built renewable sources. Like wise any water use must be closed loop.

A single AI data center uses as much electricity as 100,000 households—and utility companies are passing the upgrade costs to you, not to the trillion-dollar tech giants. I've opened an investigation. These companies need to pay their costs.

@acnewsitics Don’t ignore the pedophile elephant in the room. We are suffering from the things you list to distract us from the Epstein files.

America is in this situation—$5.00 gas, $700 groceries, companies closing, and making pedophilia acceptable—because MAGAs hate Black and brown people. It's that simple.

In the United States we need hundreds of new hospitals and health clinics. We need thousands of new child care centers. We need millions of new units of affordable housing. We do NOT need to spend another $500 billion on the military for endless wars.

Not only is this tacky and a total miss on what the reflecting pool was designed to be, it’s a waste of taxpayer dollars. It’s going to need to be redone every 5-10 years.

Trump: losing world reserve currency would be worse than losing a major war, we wouldn't be the same country anymore And yet, it looks like the US is heading toward both. - It has suffered a humiliating defeat against Iran - Is about to lose the petrodollar The petrodollar system only works as long as the US can enforce it... militarily and politically. That was always the deal. Security in exchange for oil being sold in USD and surpluses being recycled into US assets. The GCC are quickly realizing that they got a target on their back instead of security. This means new alliances emerge, new deals are being made... multipolarity sets in That’s exactly what we are seeing now. - China is already pushing the yuan as an alternative. - yuan foreign bond issuance is surging 3x yoy - Iran demanding yuan for Hormuz transit Step by step, settlement moves away from USD. Less dollar demand -> less recycling into Treasuries -> higher yields -> more pressure on the system

@JJBzDP @Fahadnaimb Excellent post. The testing costs and resulting redesign to correct revealed deficiencies would doom any new design this far from practical reality.

Good luck to Natilus (and any airline bold enough to buy it) getting this certified by FAA, EASA, and every other regulator on the planet—especially proving the 90-second full evacuation for 250+ passengers in that huge blended-wing layout. Exit placement and slide deployment are going to be a regulatory nightmare. Blended-wing bodies have obvious efficiency advantages, yet in 70 years Airbus, Boeing, and literally no one else has launched a large passenger aircraft that abandons the classic tube-with-wings-and-engines-underneath formula. There’s a reason that design is still king: commercial aviation is absurdly safe precisely because the certification process is brutal, exhaustive, and unforgiving. Changing the fundamental geometry—where the passenger cabin is, how far people have to run to an exit, where the engines are mounted, how the structure behaves in every conceivable failure mode—turns certification into an absolute inferno. Evacuation demos, bird-strike resistance, engine-out performance, ditching behavior… everything has to be re-proven from scratch. Radically redesigning the airplane is the easy part. Getting the world’s safety authorities to sign off on it? That’s why it hasn’t happened yet, so …, good luck. 😬

Natilus just dropped the Horizon Evo... a full two-deck flying-wing airliner! Upper deck passengers (up to 250 seats), lower deck pure cargo (12 LD3-45 containers), M0.78 cruise, ~6500 km range, PW1500G or LEAP engines, massive carbon composites. They’re promising 30% less fuel & 50% lower costs. Imo: This thing looks like the future. 3-3-3-3 seating though… you brave enough for that widebody squeeze?
