Ich habe soeben eine Mail ans ASTRA in der Schweiz gesendet, mit einer genauen Erklärung, was an deren Sichtweise falsch ist. Ich hoffe, dass sie es verstehen und handeln. Hier die Mail: "Guten Tag zusammen Vielen Dank für Ihre Antwort. Auch habe ich ein Interview mit Herrn Röthlisberger gesehen. Die passive Haltung des ASTRA schockiert mich. Es geht ja nicht darum, ob ein System Level 2 oder 3 ist, sondern, ob es die Sicherheit im Strassenverkehr erhöht. Gemäss der Logik Herrn Röthlisbergers müssten sämtliche heutige Level-2-Systeme verboten werden, weil sie sogar schlechter als Teslas FSD sind. Ich bin kein Fanboy, sondern Realist (ich fahre derzeit nicht mal einen Tesla). Ich habe das FSD-System aber in Hamburg erleben dürfen. Beispiel: Heutzutage fahren viele Menschen mit einem herkömmlichen Level-2-System, während sie WhatsApp-Nachrichten schreiben. Vertraut man also lieber dem Spurhalte-/Abstandsassistenten von bspw. VW, oder lieber dem FSD-System von Tesla? Die Antwort muss nach einem persönlichen Test ganz klar das FSD-System sein. Nach den Niederlanden hat nun Litauen die Zulassung gewagt. Frau De Ridder aus Belgien ist auch proaktiv vorgegangen. Andere Entscheidungsträger müssen hier auch mitmachen, sonst wäre das ein Armutszeugnis. Ich würde mich freuen, falls Sie über meine Einschätzung wirklich nachdenken und sie nicht gleich als Unsinn mit einem generischen Textbaustein abtun. Lieber Gruss"

🚨 Merci Tesla de m’avoir sauvé la vie ! Ce matin, une voiture en sens inverse m’a percutée de plein fouet… Ma Tesla Model 3 a tout encaissé. Structure ultra-rigide, airbags, et surtout le système de sécurité qui a fait son job à la perfection. Je m’en sors avec seulement quelques bleus. Astra knowing there's a tech that saves lives and not doing anything from their side? Really? Belgium shows the way how next steps can be taken without Tesla reaching out to them.
Astra is in responsible to prevent accidents and injuries on the streets of Ŝwitzerland. Noboby else. Tesla just delivers the solution.
