@takesbytom Based on the interchangeability between the rosters they are on the same theoretical level. Minor leagues would pay at a lower level not the same or higher for talent. People willingly don’t renew contracts at both in preparation to go to the other. We’ve seen many turn down WWE.

WWE is THE BIG LEAGUES.
AEW is THE MINOR LEAGUES.
Most aspiring wrestlers want to end up at the highest level. That level is WWE.
AEW is awesome for the ones still working and to get exposure on tv!
