Allopreganalone update:
Experimented with up to 120mg a week felt very recovering and regenerative. Improved the mental health a lot and think it has long lasting effects (makes sense, Brexanolone). Makes you feel more youthful. Semi buzz effects at that level. Constant smile. When you wake up you feel like the Easter bunny could maybe be real.
Also nullified any bad effects from sleep deprivation.

@SolBrah @TheGuard_x1 @mralexthomas But i think if its the same chemical structure it doesn’t affect the way the body reads it and hence uses it. Think if what i just was false, many things would cease to make sense.
English

@fkthemiddle @TheGuard_x1 @mralexthomas It does, because the false assumption is that the chemically rendered slop is an "amino acid' equivalent to what's in something natural - when it is by definition not the same, and is thusly tolerated differently in the body

Glycine might be the most deficient nutrient in the modern diet and nobody talks about it.
It's the most abundant amino acid in connective tissue. It repairs the tight junctions in the gut wall. When those break down, that's leaky gut.
We used to get it from eating the whole animal. Bones, skin, cartilage, organ meat.
Now we eat muscle meat only and wonder why our guts are falling apart.
3-5g daily in water or broth. Cheapest supplement going. Highest return I've found

@somaobscura Yeah no way. Everything gets better when you walk and run if you’re healthy lol
English

@fkthemiddle Sometimes the fear in the peat sphere is so silly, saw someone recommend against walking as it’s “too stressful”

@el7_77 @LiamCristiano I’m in real life experiment of the whole no cardio thing. Cardio 10000x better for everything especially stress.
English

@LiamCristiano This may not answer your q but I think Ideally the lifts should offer enough "cardio"

Like whats the point of getting super into politics and pledging your allegiance to a bunch of “no good” doing people aka a political party.
When I was younger, I would see xyz prime minister on the tele, they just got voted into office wow they are so cool. All the voting ballets being at your school made it seem like a huge deal. Mum and dad making jokes about how they can’t tell you who they voted for because its illegal, made it seem like its something bigger then you. You grow up thinking that the government is some big group/force that can do whatever it wants to you if you don’t follow their rules.
This is simply just a fake hierarchy that is imprinted on us since young. The government isn’t a force for good and it is not interested in helping you. Due to human greed, the government is comprised of only those with narcissistic/sociopathic tendencies who also want fame, power and money. The left will have you think that they are the biggest determining force in their life. That’s because they don’t have religion. For them the “highest power” - in the god sense - is whatever stops them from physically doing something. Think the whole insane “defund the police”. Point is, the politicalsphere should have no impact on you, your family or your finances. Very “right wing trad wife buy a farm live off grid” of me I know but the point still stands. Why let a group of sociopaths dictate your life? Only party i’d be have allegiance to is the party of Jesus Christ.

@TheracelLab Beginning to think both of these people exist in each of us.

Australia’s most reclusive billionaire is a crypto-currency magnate living quietly on Melbourne’s fringe. It’s here he has gone to extreme lengths to protect his identity. But while Russell Wilson is far from well known, his career and life to date has been nothing short of astonishing. Read more: bit.ly/4ux7ihb
