Although providing complete nourishment is the Phoenix Bar's primary aim, this study proves how palatable the Phoenix Bar truly is and it has provided invaluable feedback which will enable the Bar to be optimised even further.

92 people recently sampled the Phoenix Bar as part of an acceptability study. It received the following average ratings: 8.2/10 for taste 7.9/10 for texture 7.8/10 for appearance An astonishing 98% of respondents deemed the Phoenix Bar to meet or exceed overall expectations.
