Generally, yes.
Here's the #FatBurning data from that test of the elite triathlete with low baseline lactate (0.8mmol/L)- very strong fat ox of 7-8kcal/min at 275W
Not always true though. I've had BLa of 0.7mmol & fat ox of only 3kcal/min when I was fit but my diet was bad!

@sweatscience Weight loss is extremely beneficial for some people with OA knee. A 10% drop in weight can reduce pain levels by 50%.

No, running won't ruin your knees. But nearly half of U.S. adults end up with knee osteoarthritis anyway, so *something* is ruining knees! I asked a bunch of experts what we can do to preserve and protect our knees before they start failing.

@daveyhannigan I had my first shot on the 11th of March in Galway Racecourse. 1 of 1400 that was done that day at that venue. To my eyes the on the ground capabilites were there. Getting the vaccine there is a bigger problem.

Suggesting that weight management is a more significant factor.
Chronic pain is more prevelant in low wage groups (along with a multitude of other factors)..maybe just pay more

Maybe it's just me, but I feel the Tipp jersey was a nicer touch than Dubs effort.
Seeing a massive international insurance company saying "follow AIG Ireland" to be in with a chance to win a jersey with 14 murdered civilians on it seems peculiar to me.
