@AyoAladeInc01 I think ever since Nigerian became eligible for Facebook monetization. They became very strict they blocked 5 of my FB account it's only 1 remaining. I don't run health ads with that account I don't want them to block it.

The lack of a bachelor's degree has never stopped me from doing anything I want to do in life. I've decided at a young age that I didn't want to be part of the rat race. And I've been self-employed for many years now -- the job that I created for myself was my highest-paying job in my life. And then I got a bit worried that it might stop my immigration dreams. I had heard of how western countries had "point systems" all my life, and, if you don't have a degree, you can forget about immigrating to a rich, developed country. But I've immigrated to 2 countries now, and neither of them gave a shit. I was particularly surprised that even Spain didn't care about my lack of a degree (for a supposedly high-skilled visa), given how old-school, conventional, and even fossilized their government/bureaucracy is. And then there's women. No woman has EVER given a shit about my lack of a degree. Ever. Women actually assessed me based on my achievements and competence, and not my credentials, which is refreshing and surprising. Nowadays with AI, a degree is even more irrelevant than ever before. Little more than a symbolic trophy (of what, I don't even know). If I had children, I wouldn't want them to go to college. I'd want them to develop their career. That's NOT the same as wanting them to go to college. If college is absolutely necessary for their career, then fine, go. Otherwise I wouldn't force them to go through it just because. It's simply not important for most things in 2026 and beyond. Too many idiots walking around with degrees (and too many successful people walking around WITHOUT a degree) for degrees to be a meaningful signal of anything... anymore.

This morning something happened in my house that really surprised me. I wanted to bath my little daughter because my wife was busy in the kitchen cooking. Just normal father duties, nothing serious. I carried my daughter and went to the bathroom. Suddenly my wife rushed out of the kitchen like there was an emergency. The way she ran, you would think someone shouted that a bomb was about to drop. She looked at me with very serious eyes and said I should stop immediately. According to her, I have no right to bath our female child and she had warned me about it before. She even said this would be the last warning and that I wouldn’t like what would happen if I tried it again. Honestly, I just stood there confused, looking like a complete fool because I have never heard of any law in Nigeria that says a father cannot bath his own daughter. Now I’m really wondering… Is there actually any rule or cultural belief that says a father shouldn’t bath his daughter? Or is this just something some families believe in? Because in my mind, taking care of your child boy or girl is part of being a parent. I’m genuinely asking: Fathers here, have you ever bathed your daughter before? Mothers, do you think it’s wrong? If clusters of neurons can learn and respond when wired into chip, it makes you wonder: I think future machines will combine biological brain cells and computer chips to build bots that are neither fully human nor purely artificial.
