Sebagai orang yg kerjanya 200 persen tapi sebentar, jujur cuman cocok kerja remote. Pas full time dan WFO wah setelah jam 12 siang dah ngehang sampe sore cuman pura pura kerja aja.. Tapi pqs kerja remote bisa kerja 1-2 jam ngebut beres. Terus tiduurr. Lanjut kerjain yang lain lagi 1-2 jam. Tidur lagi 🤣

Ati2 denger org yang suka ngomong soal, - jangan temenan sama karyawan kantor - gausah baik2 amat di tempat kerja - kerja seperlunya aja, gausah perform2 amat Karena kalo kamunya jadi kesepian, mengucilkan diri di kantor, dianggep jahat dan ga bs kerja dengan bener, mereka2 itu ga bakal tanggung jawab juga. Semua kontekstual banget soalnya. Iya, pasti ada kantor/tim yg toxic, tp faktanya ga semua gitu. Terlebih, punya network yang luas, dipercaya sm temen dan atasan, dikenal krn pencapaiannya, itu bakal ngebantu km utk karir2 berikutnya.

@sourdovh @flawsfall @heartopiafess Mjb klo ganti rambut (ubah fisik intinya sih) bukan di dress up, tapi caranya cuman bisa lewat mirror/kaca. Kaca apa aja bebas bisa kaca lemari atau kaca yang di furnitur kamar mandi, klo ga ada furniturnya bisa pergi ke lt 2 dorothee
