@fleety1704 @DFLeague2019 Pitches are rock hard, grass-less, dusty and gravelly. They are causing some nasty injuries and more dangerous now than if they were wet. Buckland of cause have the resources to keep their pitch watered, whereas many of the smaller clubs don’t.

Member Clubs & LMC   Following representations from Clubs it has been decided to postpone the start of the Season until Saturday, 3rd September 2022.   The Cup games due to be played on that date will be moved to avoid starting the Season straight into Cup Games. 

@shaunwebster1 @DFLeague2019 Let’s not pretend that’s the reason. Do you think all clubs will put their feet up till the 3rd September and not play any games because of the pitches. The majority have already been tweeting looking for friendlies.
