@acyace03 Sarah has been taking about Elain for years, and yet, Elain has no significance, in the last acotar book she barely appeared or was mentioned, and even when she was it was so basic, and with no connection to the mains plots or future plots, on the other hand, Gwyn had it all 🤷‍♀️

@thewelgirl @acyace03 hence why i said it’s implied by both feyre and nesta, that’s how foreshadowing works. just because she’s going through things doesn’t mean that her healing journey hasn’t started - she sees velaris as her home, has friends and hobbies, smiles more. it’s literally in the text.

@thewelgirl @acyace03 last book was nesta’s story, which gwyn is important to. she so far has little significance beyond that. it’s also heavily implied that elain is perhaps receiving training, is slowly gaining confidence and healing, which are deliberately left out to be discussed in her book.

@midnightstaylor i’m not 100% sure cause i’ve never had a flight cancelled thankfully but from what i know they either rebook, give you credits or refund and then other trip costs for arriving a day later for instance are usually taken care of insurance
