@w79344826 @_invisible_man0 How’s it “racebaiting”? Michael Jackson was proven not guilty and died over a decade ago yet Netflix is making a defamatory documentary to give leverage to false allegations about him. Yet white serial killers are portrayed shirtless with 6 packs to be romanticized and humanized

@fleuroscenic @_invisible_man0 You’re racebaiting. Youre going “ why do white people get this but we get this” but documentaries and biopics aren’t the same and just because we seemingly get more negative documentaries doesn’t mean there’s some plot against us

@w79344826 @_invisible_man0 I never said there should be “black versions” of biopics. I am only stating that there is a difference between how Black people and White people who are notorious for committing crimes are presented to the media by Netflix.

@fleuroscenic @_invisible_man0 Black version obliviously meaning a biopic about a notorious black person instead of a white one since that’s the point of your tweet. You’re acting as if it’s a deliberate attempt to make white criminals seem better when the types of media you’re comparing have different goals

@w79344826 @_invisible_man0 What does “black version” mean? These are all real criminals I’m talking about. So, what do you mean “characters”???. By the way, how would you assume Diddy is the “black version” of “the dahmer show” when he’s not a murderer?

@fleuroscenic @_invisible_man0 It just sounds like you want a black version of the dahmer show because why would you compare a documentary to any biopic purely based on the race of the characters

@_invisible_man0 Netflix makes “Surviving” documentaries for black celebrities that are centered around “sexual assault” victims. But when it comes to White serial killers like Jeffrey Dahmer, Ed Gein, and Ted Bundy, they make a whole biopic that attempts to humanize and infantilize the killers

@fleuroscenic @_invisible_man0 I don’t understand so you want a Netflix series where they try to make you feel for diddy?

@FYC_BooGi3 @_invisible_man0 i didn’t say that there were no documentaries on dahmer, gein, and bundy. I only specified that Netflix focused more on featuring biopics about them to humanize those being examples of White serial killers rather than black celebrities with only sexual assault allegations.
