@_JaeeonLee_ @basal_gang @SteinmetzNeuro @kennethd_harris @MatteoCarandini Yeah it would be interesting if V1 projections were relatively weaker - I did see V1 in a few recordings, so my guess was that it might just be a small striatal zone I didn't hit most of the time. Haven't yet done this with the tail, but there are visual responses there too!

@flickerfusion @basal_gang @SteinmetzNeuro @kennethd_harris @MatteoCarandini It's interesting that V1 looks almost empty. Do you think V1, or sensory areas in general are less represented in striatum? Have you guys tried this more posterior/tail region of striatum?
